Eight Kite Clubs (four Canadian, four US) met on August 3rd, 2008 in Port Colborne, Ontario on the North Shore of Lake Erie for a festival held in conjunction with the city's annual (Welland) Canal Days celebration. Highlights included individual and team demonstrations to music, hand made 'art in the sky' and a Smithsonian Museum award-winning kite from Bermuda. Dozens of people with cameras were around all day, so I tried to get 'the picture nobody else saw through their viewfinder'. I hope you enjoy. These images are free for personal use.
